Need help cannot push because the account exceeds its limits and repository is readonly

I have this error when pushing it our code to bitbucket:

From the screenshot and observations, your workspace has reached its user limit due to a downgrade to the free plan, which allows only up to 5 users.

To resolve this issue, you must update your workspace payment or reduce the number of users to five or fewer.
