Need git gc on remote repo

We are blocked by the 4 GB limit.

We tried everything here https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/reduce-repository-size/ but the "Delete dangling commits when over size limit" does not do the trick.

How can we get a git gc on our repo?
