We are in dire need of upgrading our production environment Bitbucket data center.
We have tried upgrading this ourselves, but we are having difficulties with it.
I request some assistance with upgrading.
Where are you stuck? What documentation are you following?
Bitbucket Server upgrade guide | Bitbucket Data Center and Server 7.15 | Atlassian Documentation is the documentation i am following.
I installed the same version that our production enviroment is running, launched it and it all worked, but when i updated to the latest version all i am getting is the following: "Localhost refused to connect". I am still running it with the same port as before (7990).

OK, there's two things that could cause that.
First, your local network settings are blocking access. You'll need to take a look at firewalls and security software (it may be that you've got something that does not recognise the new install as valid to run where the old one was)
Second, the service is not accepting calls. You will need to look at the application logs to see if it is running ok, and if not, what the problem is.

Beginning on April 4th, we will be implementing push limits. This means that your push cannot be completed if it is over 3.5 GB. If you do attempt to complete a push that is over 3.5 GB, it will fail...
