Moving a repo to a directory with renaming

Happy new year to everybody.... I've got a task to achieve that regards a series of projects imported last year from Visual SourceSafe. The import created a middle folder that now I wish to resolve, so that we can have a clean source base.

I explain you what's the current structure of a Project, let's name it Project2021

I've a series of repositories that have the current structure

Sources/Project2021/Sources and so on

Now I wish to have them in the form

Project2021/bin (which should merge the Bin7 and Sources folder) , Project2021/Images and so on...keeping the history.

I've tried almost everything and also tried to use filter-repo to clone the history from the Project2021 folder, but after the git mv command , the history is gone... anyone have experience on this?
