Long time for transfer or not received Accept Repository Transfer Email

Hello,

I started a repository transfer 15h ago and I still not have received the email to accept the transfer.

I have access to both repositories (source & target). On the target repo, we are 2 with the access. Neither my colleague or my self have received the email.

The repo is about 104MB. Should the transfer take more than 15h?

When the email notification for the acceptance should be triggered?

Hi Pascal,

I checked our email logs just in case your email address was on our suppression list, but it is not there. I can also see an email about a transfer request that was sent to your email address and it was delivered to your mail server.

If you still haven't received it I would suggest checking the Spam folder in case the email ended up there, and also if any filters on your email account would make this email skip your inbox. If you still cannot find it, I would suggest reaching out to the administrator of your mail server to help you figure out why the email didn't make it from your mail server to your Inbox. Emails about repo transfers are sent from notifications-noreply@bitbucket.org.

Thanks for your help Theodora. 

In fact, even if I have access to the workspace, only the owner received the message and the email went to his spam folder.

When you transfer the ownership, I think it doesn't depend on the repo's physical size. It just changes the ownership.

In our practice, the email is delivered usually in minutes (worst).
