Logs and artifacts missing from Bitbucket builds page

I have followed the instructions to link Jenkins and Bitbucket:

I am using Bitbucket v7.16.0, Jenkins 2.280 and the Bitbucket Server Plugin for Jenkins version 2.1.3.

Builds appear on the Builds view in Bitbucket, however the Links and Artifacts links are empty:
