I'm not using bitbucket for quite a while and totally missed out on the login with email changes. To make the matters worse, I guess my primary email is still my old company's email which I don't have access anymore. Now try to login using my personal email just create a new account. Is it still possible to get my old account back? To contact support require me to be a paid user but before spending money on this, I want to make sure it possible to get back my account.

I noticed you created an internal ticket for this issue and were able to log into your account after contacting your previous company, as they had claimed that domain in Atlassian Access, so the account was being managed by the Organization.
