Level of security/confidentiality

I'm new on .git.

I would like to move from my current scm hosted on an internal server to Bitbucket.
One of our issue is to use code management outside of the company, I would like to go to a Bitbucket solution hosted on your servers.
My question : is the code hosted on your server is crypted? What level of security/confidentiality I can expect from your service?
