LFS files are not downloaded during clone

We are experiencing an issue that LFS files are not downloaded during clone using SourceTree. SourceTree version is 3.4.3. Issue is that after Git files are downloaded, clone process just keeps spinning but nothing happens.
Meanwhile, this issue is not consistent. This means some workstations, we are able to clone successfully, whereas some workstations show the issue. OS for all workstations is Windows 10 and have same OS configuration.
Can you please help us where to look at to resolve this issue?
