Is there a way to tell Bitbucket to render other file extensions as markdown beyond .md?

We're looking into using Gauge testing framework.  It uses markdown for it's test specification files.  The file extensions for them are .spec and .cpt and it would be nice if we could get those to render in the Bitbucket UI with the nice markdown rendering.  Gauge does allow us to use .md in place of .spec files and work, but .cpt (concept) files we can't do that.

I'm wondering if there is any way to tell Bitbucket a set of files, or file extensions, to use markdown rendering?
