Is it possible to register a Bitbucket Webhook to a specific IP?

Hi, I wanted to process Bitbucket's Event on my Host PC.

When registering a webhook, each field was entered as follows.

Name: TEST_WEBHOOK
URL: http://10.208.199.92:30000/webhook
Secret: blank

Afterwards, when I clicked Test connection, I was able to receive a webhook event.

However, even though 200 was returned for the event, it was displayed as ERROR in Bitbucket.

The details were as follows.

The request to the specified URL failed. For more details, please ask the Administrator to check the server logs.

Is there a way to specify a webhook with a specific IP?

Please help me.

It seems that only domain addresses are allowed as webhook URLs.

Specific IP is not allowed.
