Suppose, in my team 10 peoples are there out of that 5,3,1,1 peoples are Developers, QA, Lead and Manager respectively. I want to give bitbucket repository access only for 5 developers and 3 QA people from the organization gateway or IP addresses that means those 8 peoples can not be accessible that bitbucket repository globally.

Not sure what you need here but you have very limited options in BB Cloud like getting the advantages of a web proxy.

As @Gabrielle Bautista [ACP-JA] mentioned, Bitbucket Cloud does not have a IP white/blacklisting functionality.
