I'm trying to clone a repo and if I'm using https, my credentials are required, I've inserted them but always appears a message saying "invalid credentials"; I've already reseted them twice but the message is still there.

After that I've tried using ssh, and got this message

"Warning: Permanently added 'bitbucket.org' (ED25519) to the list of known hosts.
git@bitbucket.org: Permission denied (publickey).
fatal: Could not read from remote repository."

Help!!!!

Hi @ereynoso931

Welcome to the community.

To troubleshoot the SSH error, you can follow the steps in this existing knowledge-based article. - Permission denied (publickey)

Let me know how it goes.
