To load repositories in AWS CodeStar, you will need to be the admin or owner of a workspace that you're trying to connect to.
Based on the screenshot, I believe you've connected to your personal workspace which is why you're seeing those 3 repositories.
If you'd like to see other repositories from a different workspace, you would need to be added as admin of the workspace first.
For this, you can reach out to the person who manages the workspace to add you as an admin.
