Hi
I have reached the limit of 50 webhooks for my Project:
https://bitbucket.org/workspace-id/repo-slug/admin/webhooks
Could I have more webhooks please?
Thanks in advance
Best regards
Antonio
Hi Antonio,
I exempted the workspace you mentioned in your post from the limit. You should be able to add more webhooks to this workspace's repos now. Can you please check when you have some time and let me know if the issue is resolved?
I've also informed my colleague who has been handling your support ticket, apologies for the confusion caused by this.
Just a heads up, I removed the workspace id and repo name from your post to protect your privacy.
Kind regards,
Theodora

Hello @Antonio Grandinetti
Usually someone from Atlassian team will be able to this. They should see this post and react to it.

I received this response (I honestly expected the limit to be unlocked...)
I understand that you've reached the limit of 50 webhooks for your Bitbucket repository and are looking to add more.
Current Webhook Limitations:
Options to Consider:
Unfortunately, increasing the webhook limit beyond 50 per repository is not currently supported.
We had the feature request BCLOUD-19739 with our development team to increase that limit per repository, but the feature was closed as it didn't gather enough interest.
However, we suggest you add your vote there and also a comment with your use case, as although the feature is closed, our product managers still look into it and might reconsider its implementation in the future.
I hope this helps, if you have any other questions feel free to comment on this case, and I will try my best to answer them for you.

That needs to be checked, because from this article they were able to remove the limit: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Bitbucket-questions/Increase-webhook-limit/qaq-p/2895970
You can include this link to your support ticket.
