Hi there,
I'm hitting our webhook limit of 50 regularly, is it possible to increase this? I've seen previous posts where the limits are removed.
5-10 repositories across multiple environments and AWS accounts with CodeBuild make the webhooks add up quickly.
Thanks
Hi Nick and welcome to the community!
I removed the limit from your workspace, so you should be able to add more than 50 webhooks in this workspace's repositories.
Kind regards,
Theodora

Hey there, @Nick Triantafillou, Welcome to the Community!
To remove the webhook limitations you will need to contact Bitbucket Support with your request. One of our other Bitbucket-Cloud Product Admins had the exact same request in this thread.
Be sure to get in touch with one of our Bitbucket Cloud Support Team and they'll be able to remove the 50-limit from your workspace. Once Support gets you situated, you should have access to +100 webhooks after that.
I hope this helps and let me know if you run into any issues!

The atlassian team replied directly to that thread and removed the restriction, as they did in many other threads, which is why I also posted here in the same manner. Did I do it wrong?
https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Bitbucket-questions/How-can-I-increase-webhook-limit/qaq-p/2392672 this thread basically shows support are monitoring and actioning the threads as well.

I reviewed a few more webhook Community questions, and I missed a more recent exchange with differing instructions by one of our Community Leader.
Totally missed this thread linked here, my bad! Make sure to read @Trudy Claspill's instructions at that link too!
Here is where you can contact support with your request and open a support case to get your webhooks limits removed. You're a Premium Plan user which allows this too.
I reviewed webhook info in our tech guides and found no more surprises. I think you're set to open your support request and get your webhook limits removed now. That's my apologies for leading you in the wrong direction. Thank you @Trudy Claspill for seting us right!
Keeping an eye on this question in case anything comes up!
