Hello,

On one repository I had 5 users. So this is the max free number of users.

I need to add anoter user and I get this error :

The owner of this repository (userOwner) is already at their plan limit and will need to upgrade before adding more users.

I agree to pay 3$/month/user but I don't find where I can do such thing!

Do you know that, please?

Thanks,

Manuela

Hi Manuela,

In order to do that, you'll need to upgrade the billing plan of the workspace that owns this repository.

You can do this the following way:

  1. Log in to https://bitbucket.org/
  2. Select your avatar (bottom left corner) > All workspaces
  3. Select the workspace that owns this repo
  4. In the new page that opens, select Settings from the left-hand column
  5. Select Plan details
  6. In there, you can select Upgrade plan to change the workspace's plan to the Standard one. You'll be asked to give billing info and once the process is completed and you can see that the workspace's plan is the Standard one, you should be able to add more users (either in the workspace's User groups or to a specific repo only, from the Repository settings > User and group access).

Please feel free to let me knowhow it goes and if you need anything further!

Kind regards,
Theodora
