Recently have migrated from Server to Cloud.  Now  code search  from header menu on top of the page doesnt work in Bitbucket cloud  - it gives Internal server error. 

At the same time all Repositories are visible and working Ok  and I can seach code inside each repository.

Perhaps Bitbucket is not done indexing your content. If the issue persists you can contact Atlassian Support https://support.atlassian.com/contact
I don't think this is something you'll be able to fix yourself. Internal Server Errors typically indicate something is wrong on the server side.
