A bitbucket user wants to set up MFA on new device. He has lost his old device where authenticator was already configured. How to send the Scan code to set up MFA for bitbucket in new device.

Hi Shefali,

The user will need to disable 2FA first and then enable 2FA using his new device.

2FA can be enabled both on a Bitbucket and also on an Atlassian account (which is used for authenticating to Bitbucket). The following knowledge base article has steps to determine in which level 2FA is enabled, and how to disable it:
