How to run a custom pipeline on all self.hosted runners

I need to perform certain actions on all the self.hosted runners. like a maintenance work.

Right now, these custom pipelines with the intended actions are only executed randomly on the runners available at the scheduled time.

Is there a way I can force this pipeline to run on all available runners?

Please correct me if I'm mistaken, but are you considering running all available runners for maintenance tasks simultaneously? If so, you might consider executing a build with parallel steps using the "all runners" flag. This approach will utilize all available runners, allowing idle runners to be used when others are busy, thus enabling concurrent execution.
