How to restrict pipeline to get launch by individual user or groups.

How I can restrict permission to a group of users to run the pipeline?

I want only the admin people able to run it?

You can't restrict a pipeline, but you can restrict deployments. If your use case is to allow a pipeline that would deploy to production, for example, then it is doable! (Although this is a Premium feature.)
