This concerns syncing the source branch of a PR via a rebase from the UI. I could create another feature for an API endpoint as well, please feel free to let me know if you'd like me to do that.

There is not support for this via API. However, you might want check out Flowie, a Bitbucket cloud app we provide, which does support rebase as part of the workflows.
