How to migrate Bitbucket server v4.14 backup to Bitbucket Data center version ????

I am curenly running Bitbucket server v4.14.

I want to move to that grater version of Datacenter version of Bitbucket.

There fore i need to migrate that data to Datacenter version.

How can i do that. Please help me.

1. Let's start from license. 

2. Then do activity on test env. 

3. Do on prod and more technical steps is quite clear,
