Hi Team,

We are having a separate admin account, when we login using SSO we are not able to login with the admin account.

Could someone please help us on how to switch account from my own account to admin account without SSO?

Thanks in Advance!

Hi @Madhumitha G, welcome to the community!

If you have a local admin account and you're locked out because of the SSO Configuration, you can enable the auth_fallback functionality. I've done that for Jira/Confluence but haven't tested it for Bitbucket.

Here is the documentation of how to enable it via REST API: https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserverkb/how-to-enable-auth_fallback-functionality-when-using-sso-in-bitbucket-data-center-975033030.html

I hope that helps.

Cheers,

Melo
