How to install a bitbucket forge app from vendor

Hello,

We have a Forge app for bitbucket distributed using a sharing link.

But the customers does not get any selection option in the "Choose a site", they are site admins and bitbucket admins. 

What is missing to give them permission to install the app?

Hi Peter,

Workspace administrators should be able to install the forge app if it's team workspace. Is the person attempting this a workspace administrator?

I think I am I can install other apps and can navigate here https://bitbucket.org/<myorg>/workspace/settings/addon-management

Maybe I missing some other permission?

Hey @Peter Atthem 

Forge does not support personal workspaces, which may be why users can't locate their workspaces under the list.

Difference between shared and personal workspaces. 

Worth asking them to check and verify this.
