How to install Code Coverage plugin

Hi Team, It would be really helpful if someone can get me the steps around how to install the CodeCoverage plugin, have read a few articles which say log in to bitbucket having admin access and go to Add-on or application section, but when I login in I can't find any of these options. Thanks
