How to give the creators of bug/task branches permission to delete those branches?

More specifically is it possible to give delete permission to branch creators but only for branches that they themselves create? Right now in our current setup whenever a non-admin user wants a branch deleted they have to ask an admin to do it which is a bit of a hassle. We are not looking to give groups of developers generic permissions to delete all bug/task branches but rather give them just the delete permissions they need to have control over their own workflow. Any guidance on this issue would be much appreciated.Thanks.

Everybody with write access can delete branches. (Any branch.)

Edit: unless the branch permissions prevent them from doing so, but in this case I think they cannot create the branch either.
