How to get meta data from a bitbucket pipeline deployment

I'm trying to figure out how I can get the following bits of data from a successful bitbucket pipeline deployment:

changelog, description, user, timestamp

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

It has some of the meta info you are looking for.

Does this mean that the only way to get the data I need is through an API call? Is none of this information returned at the end of a build process so that it could be programmatically used in an after deploy hook?
