How to configure OAuth 2.0 in Data Center version

Hi,

I Have upgraded JIRA Software Data Center version form 8.9.1 to 8.10.0 to use OAuth 2.0.

When i click on OAuth 2.0 option is gone blank, there is no any option to configure it.

Any one has any idea why is happening ?
