How to conditionally hide Pull Request Overview Web Panel?

Edited

We're building a Bitbucket Connect App add-on. It shows an overview message on a PR page if the PR contains Jupyter Notebook changes. See Screenshot below.

We'd like to hide this overview panel completely if the PR does not have any Jupyter notebook changes. I've looked at Conditions but there doesn't seem to be anything to match file names in PR.

I've also tried returning an empty iFrame but that still shows empty whitespace in the UI.

Am I missing something? Is there a way to hide the overview message when not required?

You're not missing anything. You can't specify filenames as conditions for this web. Empty iframe won't work either because the title will still always show up.
