I've searched the documentation - it is possible to get the repositories and filter the results, but I didn't find the way to perform the filtering based on the repository content.
But maybe we will find another way - why do you need such a thing? What about the branches - did you consider, that the folder named 'x' could be only in some of the branches not all of them?
