How can i enable repo's 300 +?

Hi, @Thomas Colpaert, welcome to the community! 

To give you some context around this behavior, this limit is set to prevent abuse, requiring us to validate if it's an actual person with a real need for that. I went ahead and exempted your workspace, so you should be able to create more than 300 repositories now.

It appears the 300 limit is set to avoid abuse so they need to verify you as an actual person to allow the limit to be lifted.

Since you are on the free plan you can't open any tickets so I'll escalate this question to the Atlassian Team so they can take a look here.
