How can I increase the memory of a step running on a self-hosted runner above 1024mb?

I would like to increase of all steps running on our self-hosted runners. Currently, even with "2x" all run just at 1024mb which is just low. Is there no option? Increasing it to 4gb would increase the build time a lot for tests which require a lot of RAM.

Oh ok, found it, on self-hosted you can set "4x" and "8x" for more, nice. This seems to work:
