When looking at code or a pull request, I would like to create JIRA-issues, which would ideally be linked to the code or inline comment.
Something like in Confluence. I thought this is rather natural, insead of tasks in Stash, create a JIRA issue. But I don't find a clue to such a function. Is it there or just missing?
Seems like you are right
I can easily add a JIRA issue from any Confluence page. I don't see, why it should be such a problem to the same from Stash.
You could be looking for this suggestion:

Correction, it's not really a feature unless it's implemented. And chances are, the ticket is 3 years going, it won't be.

"unaccepted" the answer... Sorry, but I don't think this is really the answer to my question. The answer is not existing as you can't create a JIRA issue from Stash at this time :-(
