How can I add Jira, Confluence and Bamboo to BitBucket Menu Dropdown?

We have purchased Atlassian On-Demand (Jira, Confluence and Bamboo) as one suite. Assume username is ABC for this.

Then we have purchase BitBucket in Cloud as separate product.  Assume username is XYZ for this.

I was able to access BitBucket from JIRA using DVCS plugin. I was also able to click on Configure in JIRA dropdown and add BitBucket URL.

Although when I go on BitBucket, it has drop down showing Jira, Confluence greyed out. I am not able to link my JIRA and Confluence from BitBucket drop down. I am not certain what I need to do in order to configure BitBucket drop down correctly. I am referring to dropdown available in top/left corner.

I think you will need to have these owned under one general account. I would send an email to and see if they can merge the two accounts together.
