High CPU Usage by Bitbucket

Did some investigation and CPU load seems high. Checked some possible causes listed here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserverkb/high-cpu-usage-caused-by-bitbucket-server-779171379.html

Does not seems like we are running into these problems. We also updated all plugins.
Also Bitbucket was restarted due to DB patching. Same load. Not clear if the load is normal or not.

 

Any idea what the rootcause is here?
