Help writing a script from a CL to take me to a PR.

When I go to the pull request section, I don't see any part of the url asking for the current branch I'm on.

I was wondering what the syntax looks like after pull-requests to find the branch and what branch to merge on:

https://bitbucket.org/{orgname}/{team-name}/pull-requests/{branch-name}&{merge-to-branch}

I'm most curious about how to prefill the url and merge to specific branch in the url.
