HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server Error on j_atl_security_check

Bibin Varghese August 22, 2022

Hi,

I've upgraded our BB server recently from 4.14.4 to 7.17.9 LTS. Everything was working well and I tried to upgrade the plugins one by one after the upgrade. All of a sudden I got an HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server Error on j_atl_security_check after enabling the plugin 'External Hooks by Reconquest'. And also when I tried to configure the webhooks in a repo, it is showing 'Handler dispatch failed; nested exception is java.lang.IncompatibleClassChangeError'

Please let me know your thoughts on this.

Thank you

The issue is now fixed. The java.lang.IncompatibleClassChangeError was caused due to JAVA incompatibility. We upgraded JAVA to the latest version and everything is working fine now.
