Getting "We couldn’t log you in" Error due inactivity?

Hi, i've tryied to login in to bitbkucket  with google account and through "forgot password" but couldn't connect either way.

I aways get "We couldn’t log you in" error, even disabling extensions and different browsers (Chrome/Opera).

I saw another post where support (Theodora) suggests to create a "question" here to get the problem solved, so here I am.
