First time login on incognito tab go to infinite loading

Daily when I'm trying to login with chrome incognito browser for bitbucket It's go to infinite load. Below are the step if you can reproduce this issue.

 

  1. Open chrome incognito tab
  2. Open Bitbucket login page
  3. Enter registered email address and password
  4. Press Login button
  5. Then not responding anything just loading....
  6. Refresh tab again enter credentials and move to home instantly.

Hi Sagar,

I have experienced this behaviour if you try to login to a team workspace (formerly, team account). Bitbucket Cloud doesn't allow direct login to team workspace.

I would suggest trying login to your personal workspace (formerly, personal account) and switch to the team workspace.
