Files are not deployed properly in server using FTP method

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
We have deployed using FTP-based deployment from Bitbucket Pipelines, the Build is running 2 hours, just for WordPress theme files. Then checked the server, some files only moved there. Can you please let us know what we need to do?
