File marked as changed but no change

SourceTree is showing changes on files with no change. List of changes is empty but file still detected. Any idea why this happens? See attached file (I was unable to attach image directly because http error).

Two common possibilities:

1) There are whitespace changes (number or type of space/tab characters, end-of-line type, etc) and SourceTree's diff view is set to "ignore whitespace". This is almost certainly the problem.

2) You've changed the permissions of the file (for example, 755 instead of 644).
