In the organization I am working for there is an on-premises Bitbucket Server. I think version 6.6.2.
Is there a way to enforce the following rules:
1. Make the delete merged branches the default behaviour - I know it is sticky, but I don't have the option to check it when I open a new pull request.
2. Force a minimal approval quantity for any given PR.
