A query, you can somehow encrypt the passwords that are placed in the bitbucket.properties file

It's currently not possible to encrypt passwords stored in bitbucket.properties file. There is an open feature request for this. Here's the link for you to track it: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BSERV-10043
