I'm getting this issue mentioned in below image and unable to change my email address of bitbucket.
I need to change it to the email I've associated with my JIRA account. Can you please explain what can I do here?

Please allow me to give some context first: we use Atlassian accounts (the ones for https://id.atlassian.com/) for login to both JIRA Cloud and Bitbucket Cloud. This is to provide single login to Atlassian Cloud products with the same email.
If you already have a Bitbucket Cloud account with email_1 and a JIRA Cloud account with email_2, then there are two Atlassian accounts, one for each of these emails, and the email change will not be possible.
I would suggest contacting the Bitbucket Cloud support team, as they can assist you with the email change in this case. You can open a support ticket via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/, in "What can we help you with?" select "Technical issues and bugs" and then Bitbucket Cloud as product. The support ticket will be visible only to you and Atlassian staff.
Please provide in the ticket the email of your Bitbucket Cloud account and the email of your JIRA account, so the engineer working on your case can help you.
