Elastic Search does not work after upgrade to Server 6.10 from 5.16

I have followed link: https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserverkb/troubleshooting-steps-for-bitbucket-server-code-search-827125334.html

 

Still cannot find why search doe sot work. 

I also get error in log:

Actually, that error saying connection refused may mean that your elasticsearch service didn’t start correctly. Are you using the bundled elasticsearch or running your own?
