Hi,
we upgraded to premium, and i enabled 2 factor for my account. it ends with "check your email to finish 2-step verification"
However the email never arrives, hence 2FA is not enabled and i can not enable it for the rest of the organization.

First, check if the email ended in the different directory in your inbox.
If that doesn't work, this is happening when your email has been put on the suppression list on the Atlassian side.
To solve this, raise a ticket for Atlassian and ask them to remove the email from the suppression list.
