Does Bitbucket server comes with an Issue Tracker?

I can see an Issue Tracker in Bitbucket Cloud, but I can't find it in Bitbucket Server

Hi

You wont get that (Issue Tracking ) functionality by default in Bitbucket Server you need to set up Application link between JIRA and Bitbucket server.

you can find related linking-bitbucket-server-with-jira article.

I have an Application link between JIRA nad Bitbucket server, but still can't see 'Issues' tab in Bitbucket

You could not see Issue tab there but you can see related linked Issue on the Bitbucket server repo like

From what can I see on screenshot - link to JIRA ticket can be added to commit in Stash. But I guess that completely different Issues (JIRA tickets) compared to Issues (which can be just questions, discussions, suggestions, r&d) in Bitbucket Cloud, right?
