Pipelines suddenly failing when trying to access:
https://docker-public.packages.atlassian.com/v2/
Anyone aware of issues there?
Same problem here, some builds hang in "Pulling images" for up to 18 minutes (past the usual timeout of 5 minutes) before dying. Others go through, "pulling images" just takes way longer than usual. I hope this won't be deducted from my build minutes, that would hardly be fair :(

Are you sure that happens in Pipelines, or is that just because you're opening the link in the web browser? For me, Pipelines work with no error when they're not timing out.
