Default to "Add Comment Now"

Is there a way to set my default review mode to "Add Comment Now"?  I routinely conduct a PR review only to find out hours or days later that my comments are sitting in the ether, locked behind the "Finish Review" button.

I assume that part of the driving force behind this change was to not spam the author with an email per comment.  I can certainly appreciate this as I had to enable email rules to silence BB review emails.

Perhaps a better solution would be to temporally batch emails by PR (perhaps by hour or day?).   Another solution could be that the comments are released immediately in the PR but the email notification is only sent on "Finish Review".

Unfortunately, there is no option in Bitbucket Cloud to have a default review mode.
